Reading the Republic is an online course from Access USA ("AUSA", "we", "us", "our"). Nothing you buy on this site is shipped. This page explains how and when what you pay for is delivered.
No physical shipping
We do not ship products, and we never charge shipping or handling fees. All readings, videos, exercises, and feedback are delivered inside the course platform.
Payment confirmation and receipt
When a payment succeeds, Razorpay shows an on-screen confirmation and we email a receipt with your invoice number to the address given at checkout. This email normally arrives within a few minutes and always within 24 hours. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact info@ausa.io with your Razorpay payment ID.
Course access
Access to the course is activated immediately after payment is confirmed. Sign in at readingtherepublic.org/login with the email address used at checkout. The access window is four weeks from activation; extensions are available on request at no charge.
Graded work and feedback
Exercises and essays are graded automatically when submitted, and feedback normally appears within a few minutes. Where a submission is held for review, feedback is returned within two business days.
Certificates
The Certificate of Completion is issued electronically, as a PDF sent by email, within 14 days of the student clearing the course.
Delivery problems
If you have paid and cannot access the course, email info@ausa.io or call +91 99301 08548. We resolve access problems within two business days. If we cannot deliver the course, our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy apply.
