This policy explains how to cancel an enrollment in Reading the Republic, a course offered by Access USA ("AUSA", "we", "us", "our"), and what happens when you do. Whether any money is returned after a cancellation is set out in our Refund Policy, which should be read together with this page.
How to cancel
Email info@ausa.io from the email address used to enroll, stating the student's name and that you wish to cancel. Include the Razorpay payment ID or invoice number from your receipt. There is no cancellation form inside the course; email is the only channel, so that we have a written record. We acknowledge every cancellation within two business days and confirm it in writing. The date we receive your email is your cancellation date.
Cancelling by the student or family
- Within seven days of purchase. You may cancel for any reason. Course access is closed and the fee is refunded under the Refund Policy, provided no work beyond Module 1 has been submitted for grading.
- After seven days, or after work beyond Module 1 has been submitted. You may still cancel, and we will close the account on request, but the fee is not refunded because the course has been substantially delivered. You may instead simply leave the course unused; access lapses at the end of the four-week window.
- Cancelling does not affect other Access USA programs. A cancelled Reading the Republic enrollment has no bearing on any other registration, application, or invoice the family holds with Access USA.
Cancellation or changes by Access USA
We may suspend or withdraw the course, or change its content, platform, or access window, for reasons such as technical failure, a change of supplier, or circumstances outside our control. If we withdraw the course before a student has completed it, the student may choose a full refund of the fee or, where we offer one, a place in an equivalent course. We may also cancel an individual enrollment for a serious breach of our Terms and Conditions, such as sharing an account or repeated academic-integrity breaches; in that case no refund is due.
Other payments made on this site
Invoices for other Access USA programs paid through the payment page are cancelled under the Access USA Cancellation Policy for the program concerned.
